Watertown police on Saturday charged Jonathan P. Kruger, 21, of 303 Keyes Ave., with unlawfully dealing with a child.

Mr. Kruger was accused of providing alcohol to a 14-year-old girl during a party at his residence.

He is to appear in City Court.
