OSCEOLA An Ava teen was accused Saturday of stealing used culvert pipes from the town of Osceola to sell for scrap.
State police charged Aaron J. Croniser, 18, with two counts apiece of trespass and petit larceny, answerable in Osceola Town Court.
Mr. Croniser on two occasions stole piping worth a total of $196, police said.
The alleged thefts were first reported Sept. 24.
