Robbin L. Converse, 38, of 1153 State St., Apt. 1, was arrested Sunday night by city police on a charge second-degree criminal contempt, and is summoned to appear in City Court.

She is accused of violating terms of a Family Court order of protection when Sunday afternoon she sent an unwanted text message to her estranged husband, Mark S. Converse, 608 Pearl St., according to police.
