Three Fort Drum soldiers are featured on the cover of Monday’s issue of Newsweek, referred to as its “Heroes Issue.”

Named in the issue are Chief Warrant Officer 4 Kenneth G. Brodhead, Chief Warrant Officer Erik Sabiston, Sgt. Julia A. Bringloe and Spc. David Capps.

The soldiers were responsible for a daring rescue of wounded soldiers from a firefight in the Kunar Province of Afghanistan in June 2011.
