LOWVILLE — Village police on Monday charged Todd M. Mushtare, 38, of 7486 Railroad St., with third-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Police said the charges stem from an alleged domestic dispute with Kelli Lehman on Nov. 2. No further details were provided.

Mr. Mushtare is to appear in Village Court.
