GOUVERNEUR — Dylan L. Daniell, 19, 125 Prospect St., was charged by village police Monday with third degree burglary, second degree criminal mischief, third degree attempted grand larceny and tempering with physical evidence.

He is said to have slashed four tires on an enclosed construction trailer, and four tires on a pick-up truck. He unlawfully entered a construction warehouse and attempted to steal electronic equipment while in the building, according to police. He caused damage to the alarm panel and tampered with surveillance equipment as well as caused damage to the door handle.

He was held on $5,000 bail and is scheduled to return to Gouverneur Village Court.
