Weems, 21, of Norwood with driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 10:45 p.m. Wednesday on Main Street. He reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.11 percnt. The threshold for a DWI charge is a BAC of 0.08 percent.
