CANTON - A St. Lawrence County grand jury handed down an indictment Thursday against a Colton man who allegedly sold cocaine on two occasions in the village of Potsdam.

Daniel R. Grant, 23, of 230 Chapel Hill Rd., Colton, was indicted on two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. It is alleged Mr. Grant sold cocaine on Sept. 12, 2011 and Oct. 12.
