Dionne M. Brown, 42, of 28561 Bartlett Drive, Theresa, surrendered to Watertown police Wednesday to be charged with petit larceny, and is due to appear in City Court.

She is accused of running up $266.75 in withdrawals and ATM fees Tuesday on a debit card belonging to Joyce N. Pickering, Adams Center, according to police.
