Jonathan P. Kruger, 21, of 303 Keyes Ave., late Thursday night was arrested for his second time in three days on allegations that he provided beer to underage persons.
Mr. Kruger faces two counts of unlawfully dealing with a child when he is arraigned in City Court. Watertown police initially charged him on Monday, when he was accused in an incident with a 14-year-old girl. His arrest Thursday came after city police responded to a noise complaint at 10:15 p.m. at his apartment. His underage guests were a 20-year-old man and 19-year-old woman, police said.
Two other arrests were also made at the apartment.
Jonathan O. McCargar, 21, of 1010 Sherman St., is also cited with unlawfully dealing with a child, involving the same man and woman.
Britton T.L. Grant, 21, of 2444 White Road, was arrested on a warrant charging false personation. Police said he is accused of identifying himself as Christopher Wayde shortly before 6 a.m. on Oct. 6 when officers were checking on the welfare of a person at 1003 Coffeen St.
