LISBON - Ogdensburg-based state police said Steven W. Jenkins, 29, of Ogdensburg and James D. Ellis, 77, of Waddington were involved in a property damage accident at 6:59 a.m. Thursday in the Lisbon Central School bus garage parking lot.
