POTSDAM — Jessica M. Bryan, 25, of 5304 Route 11, Burke, was charged with petit larceny by state police at 7:56 p.m. Thursday.

She is accused of stealing shampoo, conditioner and air freshener from Dollar General in Potsdam on Nov. 15

She is scheduled to appear in Potsdam Town Court.
