UNNECESSARY NOISE - POTSDAM - Village police charged Daniel M. Lamancuso, 21, of Williamsville with unnecessary noise - yelling at 11:55p.m. Saturday on State Street after responding to a complaint of a loud party on State Street. Upon their arrival, police said they heard several people yelling at an unreasonable level. Patrols made contact with Lamancuso, and he was issued an appearance ticket.

CROSSWALK VIOLATION - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Anthony D. Sinopoli, 23, of Erie, Pa., for entering a crosswalk on a lit “Do Not Walk” signal and forcing oncoming traffic with the right of way to stop.

BENCH WARRANTS - POTSDAM - Potsdam Police Department has warrants for the following people:

Charles James Jr., formerly of Potsdam.

0359 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call in Norwood.

0857 Patrols dispatched to Canton Potsdam Hospital to assist with an unruly patient in ICU.

0903 Record check requested and done on pistol permit applicant for Gouverneur PD.

0936 Patrol responded to a parking complaint filed by a landlord on Hamilton Street.

0945 Record checks requested and done on pistol permit applicants for NYSP Massena.

1039 Resident requests property check through Monday, 11/19.

1100 Record check requested and done on NYS Department of Corrections employment applicant.

1314 Received report of lost car key and remote.

1435 Received a complaint about stolen property.

1530 Report of suspicious males in the vicinity of the Bayside Cemetery. Patrol checked on the subjects, and report was unfounded.

1545 Patrol dispatched to 150 Market St. regarding a report of harassment.

1739 Caller reports she struck a parked car in the Potsdam Food Co-op parking lot earlier today and did not locate the owner of the car. She found marks on her bumper and thinks there may be damage to the other vehicle.

1810 Ticket issued.

1903 Patrol dispatched to property damage accident intersection of Main and College Park Road.

1945 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call at Racquette Road.
