City police on Wednesday charged Jeremy L. Flowers, 24, of 642 Bronson St., Upper Apartment, with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Arrested at 11 p.m., Mr. Flowers was charged following a traffic stop the previous day in the 100 block of West Lynde Street. According to police, Mr. Flowers possessed an unloaded .22 caliber rifle during the stop.
