City police charged Timothy W. Gonski, 24, of 497 Newell St., Apt. 211, with disorderly conduct after he allegedly refused an officer’s order to leave the area where a disorderly crowd had amassed.

Mr. Gonski was charged at 2:27 a.m. Saturday on the 100 block of Arcade Street.

He was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, where he was given over to military police with an appearance ticket for City Court.
