State police charged a Fort Drum teen Sunday with fourth-degree grand larceny in connection with the theft of her neighbor’s new debit card.

Jayde A. Davis, 18, stole the card, along with personal identification number information, from Dain Sharp’s mail, police allege. The theft was reported the night of Aug. 3, according to police.

Ms. Davis ran up ATM withdrawals and charges amounting to $102, police said. She is ordered to appear in town of LeRay Court, and has possible grand jury action pending.
