Robert C. Elliott, 26, of 515 Emerson St., Apt. 1, was charged by Watertown police Monday night at his residence with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief following an alleged domestic incident.
Police said he pushed his wife, Tia M. Elliott, and damaged a $15 CD player.
Mr. Elliott was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment. This is his second such arrest in recent weeks; he was charged Oct. 31 with fourth-degree criminal mischief and harassment in another incident involving his wife.
