David Gallo is set to meet with the Watertown City Council to discuss his plans for the Woolworth building’s redevelopment at 7 p.m. Monday in City Hall’s third-floor council chambers.

Mr. Gallo is buying the vacant Public Square landmark from Long Island developer Michael A. Treanor and plans to convert the building into 50 market rate and affordable housing rental units.
