ADAMS — Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies charged Brittany M. Cean, 23, of 15585 County Route 91, Ellisburg, with second-degree harassment 8:50 p.m. Tuesday on Main Street here.

She is accused of striking Travis H. Hough, Adams, during a domestic dispute last Saturday at his residence, deputies said.

She is to appear in Adams Village Court at a later date.
