Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies charged Olivia A. Toney, 37, of 94122A Sycamore Drive, Fort Drum, with third-degree assault about 10:20 p.m. Wednesday at her residence.

Deputies said she was arrested following an assault complaint, but no further information was available from police.

She is to appear in LeRay Town Court.
