Watertown police charged Selina E.T. Sochia, 19, of 47882 County Route 111, Redwood, with petit larceny about 2 p.m. Wednesday at Walgreens, 929 Arsenal St.

Police said she is accused of stealing a $14.99 USB cable from the store.

She was held Thursday at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $500 bail pending arraignment in Watertown City Court.
