Elbert E. and Carol A. Narrow, Brownville, announce the engagement of their daughter, Meghan Marie Narrow, Brownville, to Shawn Edward Massey, Watertown.

Miss Narrow graduated in 1997 from General Brown Central School, Dexter. She is a stay-at-home mom.

Mr. Massey, son of Paulette Schiffner, Florida, and the late Edward Massey Jr., graduated in 1988 from Watertown High School. He is the president of Massey’s Furniture Barn, Watertown.

An Aug. 24 wedding at Manor House, Pierrepont Manor, is planned.
