DWI - PARISHVILLE - Canton-based state police charged Daniel J. Rouselle, 23, of Potsdam with driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for speeding following an incident at 4:28 a.m. Saturday in the town of Parishville. He was placed under arrest at 6:06 a.m. Saturday at Canton-Potsdam Hospital.

DWI - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Natalie G. Plunkett, 26, of Sissonville with driving while intoxicated and ticketed her for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 10:34 p.m. Saturday on Trimboli Street in the town of Norfolk.

ASSAULT - ST. REGIS FALLS - Malone-based state police charged Joseph M. Baker, 24, of North Bangor with assault with intent to commit serious physical injury following an incident reported to troopers at 11:18 a.m. Saturday from the town of Waverly.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - CANTON - State police investigated several property damage accidents over the holiday weekend around the region. Among those were:

■ Thomas W. Scott, 70, of Norwood at 4:13 p.m. Saturday on the Port Kent Road, near Fisk Road, in the town of Lawrence.

■ Wanda J. Lanning, 33, of Norfolk struck a parked vehicle at 5:30 p.m. Saturday in the St. Lawrence Centre mall parking lot.

■ Nathan A. Christan, 26, of Moriah at 1:18 a.m. Saturday on Wait Road, near Route 458, in the town of Waverly.

■ Kaitlyn M. Masker, 21, of Syracuse at 3:06 p.m. Sunday on Wait Road, near Bingo Road, in the town of Waverly.

■ Kevin W. Clark, 44, of Brushton at 11:29 p.m. Sunday on state Route 86, near Trudeau Road, in the town of Harrietstown.

■ Aaron T. Brownell, 45, of Potsdam at 5:13 p.m. Sunday on state Route 11B, near Elliot Road, in the town of Parishville.

■ Michael D. Wagner, 29, of Madrid at 8:56 p.m. Sunday on County Route 31, near Sweet Road, in the town of Madrid.
