CARTHAGE Shawn M. Passage, 27, of 664 Adelaide St., was released Sunday on $1,500 bail following his third driving while intoxicated arrest in four years.
West Carthage village police charged him early Sunday with felony DWI. He was arraigned before Carthage Village Justice S. Lucille Shettleton and was held in the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, Watertown, until bail was posted. No details of the arrest were available from the Police Department.
Mr. Passage was sentenced in March 2010 to five years probation and was fined $2,000 after he pleaded guilty in Jefferson County Court to felony DWI and felony aggravated unlicensed operation, stemming from an arrest in September 2009 in the town of Brownville.
He was convicted of misdemeanor DWI in October 2008.
