SPEED NOT REASONABLE - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Touria Souidi, 37, of Potsdam for speed not reasonable and prudent at 7:35 a.m. Monday on Leroy Street following an investigation into a property damage accident.

1112 Patrol responded to a parking complaint on Pierrepont Avenue and a ticket was issued.

1117 Patrols responded to a 911 hang-up call on Riverside Drive and found that the number was accidently called.

1128 Hamilton Street resident reports two bikes were stolen from his property overnight.

1238 Completed a vehicle lighting inspection for a ticket issued in NYC.

1252 A patrol was dispatched to a Market Street address for a subject that was kicked in the ribs.Potsdam Rescue also dispatched.

1335 Issued a handicapped parking permit.

1347 Received and responded to a noise complaint of loud music coming from above a downtown business.

1347 Completed a vehicle lighting inspection for a ticket issued by the New York State Police.

1359 Received a report of a local government agency receiving numerous harassing phone calls from an individual. Patrols contacted the suspect and advised them they are not to continue to contact the agency unless through a third party.

1401 Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call in Potsdam.

1525 A patrol completed an equipment inspection for a ticket issued by the New York State Police.

1545 Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call in Potsdam.

2020 Patrols assisted SUNY Potsdam Police with locating a subject.

2021 Criminal mischief complaint on Waverly Street.

2033 Noise complaint at Debra Drive.
