It was a season-opening game for both schools.
Jude Whalen contributed 14 points and seven steals for IHC, while Matt Moran added nine points and had seven assists and six steals.
Sage Bartlett hit four 3-point field goals and finished with 15 points for the Rebels.
Aaron Marshall and Jarid Paninski added 14 and 12 points, respectively.
CARTHAGE 65, GENERAL BROWN 11
The host Comets raced to a 38-3 halftime lead and routed the Lions in a season-opening crossover game at Carthage.
Andrew Smith scored 16 points, hitting four 3-point shots, Peyton McLaurin contributed 11 points and Walter Jeter added 10 in a balanced Carthage attack.
Carthage limited General Brown to just one point in the first quarter and two in the second.
THOUSAND ISLANDS 60, SOUTH LEWIS 41
The host Vikings used a 21-8 second-quarter advantage to pull away and earn a season-opening C Division win over the Falcons at Sand Bay.
Quincy Aubertine and Jacob Baldwin scored 16 points apiece for Thousand Islands, and Reed Donnelly added 14.
Matt Mooney led South Lewis with 12 points.
LYME 48, COPENHAGEN 19
Troy Wilson scored 13 points and had a strong all-around game to lead the Indians to a D Division season-opening win at Copenhagen.
Wilson also contributed nine assists, seven rebounds and five steals for Lyme, which opened a 26-6 halftime lead.
Forrest Stafford added nine points and grabbed 10 rebounds, while Darrius Reed had eight rebounds.
SACKETS HARBOR 63, LAFARGEVILLE 44
Josh Keruski notched a double-double, scoring 16 points and grabbing 11 rebounds, as the defending state champion Patriots downed the Red Knights in the D Division opener in Sackets Harbor.
Zach Rousseau also supplied 18 points for Sackets Harbor (1-0).
Eric Doolittle led all scorers with 22 points for LaFargeville (0-1).
BELLEVILLE HENDERSON 46, ALEXANDRIA 38
Matthew Corron scored 20 points and grabbed 20 rebounds in his season debut to spark the Panthers to the D Division road win at Alexandria Bay.
Tyler Bast contributed eight points, five rebounds and five steals for Belleville Henderson, which overcame a 23-18 halftime deficit.
Ian Kearns led the Purple Ghosts with 20 points.
THOUSAND ISLANDS 48, SOUTH LEWIS 18
Kristin McGraw poured in 20 points as the Vikings kicked off the season with a Frontier League C Division win over the Falcons in Turin.
Karly Sherman added 15 points, four steals and four rebounds for Thousand Islands (1-0).
HEUVELTON 35, LISBON 24
Maddie St. Pierre scored 11 points to lead Heuvelton to a win over the Golden Knights in a semifinal of the Jessie Chamberlain Tournament in Madrid. It was also an Northern Athletic Conference West Division game.
Heuvelton will play the host Yellow Jackets for the championship at 7 p.m. Thursday. Lisbon will play Edwards-Knox in the consolation game at the same time.
Beth Crowley led the Golden Knights with seven points.
MADRID-WADDINGTON 60, EDWARDS-KNOX 19
Madrid-Waddington built a 45-4 advantage through three quarters and cruised to a win over the Cougars in the other semifinal.
Tess Knight and Olivia Parmeter each scored 12 points for Madrid-Waddington.
