The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

n Morgan P.B. Roberts, 31, East Road, Lowville, also was charged by Lewis County sheriff’s deputies with failure to keep right and speed not reasonable or prudent at 3:10 a.m. Sunday after allegedly driving off East Road in the town of Lowville and going down an embankment. He had a blood alcohol content of 0.17 percent, deputies said. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication.

n Joseph M. Cimineri, 24, of 26202 Route 11, Evans Mills, also was charged by state police Tuesday morning at Jefferson County Family Court with felony aggravated unlicensed operation, making a false written statement, failure to keep right, failure to use a designated lane and driving on the shoulder of a roadway.

Troopers said the charges stem from an accident the night of Nov. 21 on Rogers Road, town of LeRay, in which he was injured. Felony unlicensed operation was cited because his license was revoked for a September 2007 conviction for driving while ability impaired by alcohol.

n Shannon P. Diamond, 37, Wheelersburg, Ohio, also was charged by Massena village police with speeding and running a red light at 11 p.m. Nov. 24 on Maple Street. His BAC was not available.

n Richard L. Olah, 63, of 6594 Route 3, Henderson, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI on County Route 2 in Pulaski at 6:35 p.m. Sunday. Police listed his breath test result as 0.18 percent BAC, the state’s threshold for aggravated DWI.

n Brooks D. Timerman, 27, of 26413 Alverson Road, Evans Mills, also was charged with making an unsafe turn and driving on the shoulder as a result of his arrest by state police at 8:50 p.m. Tuesday on Route 37 in the town of LeRay. He tested at 0.09 percent BAC, police said.

n Ethan A. Francis, 27, of 287 Cook Road, Norwood, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI at 6:10 a.m. Thursday on Route 56 in the town of Norfolk. Mr. Francis’s BAC was listed as 0.18 percent.
