Charles and Amy Lyttle, Rodman, announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather A. Lyttle, Rodman, to W. Scott MacPherson IV, Alexandria Bay.

Miss Lyttle is a 2011 graduate of South Jefferson Central School, Adams, and is studying in the registered nursing program at Jefferson Community College, Watertown. She has been employed by the Jefferson Rehabilitation Center, Watertown, for the past year as a universal direct support professional, working currently at the Lodge at Ives Hill, Watertown.

Mr. MacPherson, son of W. Scott III and Donna MacPherson, Alexandria Bay, is a 2010 graduate of Alexandria Central School, Alexandria Bay, and received an associate degree in liberal arts from Jefferson Community College in 2011. He is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in creative writing from SUNY Potsdam. He is a server at Ives Hill Retirement Community, Watertown.

A July wedding is planned.
