SEX ABUSE - BRASHER - Massena-based state police charged Terry J. Dupuis, 59, of Brasher Falls with second-degree sexual abuse - victim less than 14 years of age and endangering the welfare of a child late Tuesday afternoon. Troopers said the arrest stemmed from an investigation into a complaint received at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday from the town of Brasher.

ONE INJURED - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police said one person was injured in a two-vehicle collision at 11:46 a.m. Tuesday on County Route 40, near state REoute 56, in the town of Norfolk. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Christopher L. Ritchey, 50, of Winthrop and Bruce A. Truax, 67, of Massena.
