Kirk P. Bush, 19, of 840 Morrison St., was charged Tuesday evening by Watertown police with endangering the welfare of a child in connection with a domestic fight.

He is due to appear in City Court to face allegations that shortly after 5 p.m., he tried to pull a stroller occupied by a 6-month-old baby away from the child’s mother, Desirae G. Talbot, 22, Watertown, according to police.
