Tarbell, 80, formerly a resident of Sweet Grass Manor, peacefully passed away Tuesday afternoon, December 4, 2012 at Tsiionkwanonsote, Cornwall Island Long Term Care Facility.There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
