Alyssa A. Huggins, 22, of Concord, Mass., was ticketed Thursday at 2:07 p.m. for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign following a two-car collision on Linden Street. City police identified the other motorist as Ashley M. Briggs, 22, of 6454 Route 37, Ogdensburg. Police said a “female party” was taken to the emergency room at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center, but her identity was unavailable.

Joshua S.C. Walrath, 25, of 611 Ford Ave., Apt. 6, was arrested Thursday at 10:37 a.m. on a city court arrest warrant for a charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief, Ogdensburg police said.
