LITTERING - POTSDAM - Village police charged Michael M. Schepis II, 23, of Watertown with littering at 12:43a.m.Friday on Main Street after a police officer observed him throwing a plastic cup on the ground.

DAMAGING TREES - POTSDAM - Village police charged John M. Kennedy, 18, of Clay with disorderly conduct and a local law violation of damaging trees at 11:36 p.m. Friday in the PROSH parking lot. Police said they observed Kennedy damage a village-owned tree in the lot.

1606 Potsdam Police requested to assist St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department outside the village.

1815 Property damage accident on Market Street.

1859 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to Old Market Road for patient with hip pain.

2018 Completed record checks for the Department of Corrections.

2050 Completed record check for Army ROTC.

2118 Traffic stop on Pierrepont Avenue. Verbal warning issued.

2127 Traffic stop on Elm Street. Verbal warning issued.

2155 Traffic stop on Sisson Street. Verbal warning issued.

2207 Patrols responded to a residence and assisted a subject who had fallen.

2303 Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call. Patrols also responded.

2312 Traffic stop on Main Street. Verbal warning issued.

2336 Officer observed a subject damage a tree in the Prosh lot. Arrest made.
