HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Cortland R. Martin, 22, of Fort Drum with second-degree harassment - physical contact at 2:24 a.m. Saturday in the Prosh parking lot after he pushed another person during an altercation.

SPEEDING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Benjamin C. Kobrin, 19, of Williamstown, Mass., for

speed in zone - 45 in a 30 at 11:52 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Elm Street.

FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Adriane B. Prindle, 28, of Potsdam for following too closely at 6:28 p.m. Saturday following a property damage accident on Market Street in front of Sunoco.
