The Jefferson County Board of Legislators’ Finance and Rules Committee voted Tuesday to give management and management confidential employees 2 percent raises.

The resolution will take effect Jan. 1 and is a routine move designed to mirror changes in the Civil Service Employees Association contract, though the percentage may vary.

Last year, the increase was 1 percent.

Management employees are also the first to move to Pomco Group from the county’s previous third-party health insurer.
