Lowe, 57, of 35331 Jackson II Rd., died Sunday evening, December 9, 2012 in St. Joseph’s Hospital, Syracuse after suffering a heart attack at his residence on November 24th.Calling hours at the Bezanilla-McGraw Funeral Home will be on Wednesday from 4-7 pm. Burial will be at the family’s convenience.
