EVANS MILLS — Tina M. LeFrancois, 43, of 25505 County Route 16, is summoned to LeRay Town Court after being charged by state police late Wednesday with harassment.

Police said she is accused of punching Richard Daniels, 34, in the stomach and of grabbing him in the crotch shortly before 11 p.m. during a domestic fight in their residence. She was intoxicated, police said.

Mrs. LeFrancois was sentenced in March to a one-year conditional discharge, with an order to perform 100 hours of community service, after she pleaded guilty in Jefferson County Court to a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Her plea resolved an incident that occurred in March 2011, when she smashed windows on a vehicle owned by her estranged husband, Christopher R. LeFrancois.
