ADAMS CENTER — Ryan P. Clement, 26, of 196 Stone St., Watertown, was charged by state police Thursday with third-degree burglary.

Police said Mr. Clement broke into a storage unit Sept. 29 at Adams Center Self Storage on Goodnough Street.

Mr. Clement is accused of taking a 24-inch television from the storage unit. He was arraigned in Adams Town Court and sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, Watertown, without bail.
