Mr. Patrick G. Rose, age 31, of Norwood, NY passed away on Thursday, December 13, 2012 at the Canton Potsdam Hospital where he had been a patient since the 4th. Patrick is survived by his parents Leo and Mary Sullivan; brothers George Rose and Jeremiah Sullivan and a sister Jade Sullivan also two nephews Deven and Blake and sister in-law Malissa Leggett.

Patrick G. Rose was born on October 28, 1981 in Syracuse, New York. Patrick will and always will be the heart of their family.
