I am writing with regard to the Dec. 13 letter written by Skye Opel from Star Lake in regard to political rage.

I would like to say I’m in 100 percent agreement with this person. That is why the world is in such a mess. There is way too much hatred, greediness, jealousy and you name it in this world.

Maybe the president does have a few faults, but who doesn’t? I feel sorry for him. He’s had a mess that George W. Bush left him. Give him a chance. Four years would not even put a dent in what was left behind.

Those Republicans are like a bunch of kids playing and fighting in a sandbox. I think House Speaker John Boehner is an absolute joke. It’s scary to think of him being the head guy if something were to happen to President Obama and Vice President Biden.

These people call themselves Christians. That’s laughable.

So come on, everyone. It is what it is. Suck it up. Get on with life.
