PORT LEYDEN — Keisha A. Fejko, 19, of 3314 Douglas St., was charged early Saturday by state police with aggravated harassment.

Police said a 911 call from her residence at 12:07 a.m. prompted the charge against her. The complaint for the arrest was filed by Sue Millard, same address, police said. No other details were available.
