Watertown police responded late Friday to a report of underage drinking, and allegedly determined that a man had provided alcoholic beverages to a 15-year-old girl.

Wesley B.B. Butler, 20, of 110 Stuart St., was arrested about midnight on a charge of unlawfully dealing with a child, and was detained for arraignment in City Court.
