Carthage - Gary W. LaLone, Jr., 43, of 11684 Salter Colvin Rd., Wolcott, NY, died Thursday, December 20, 2012, in the emergency room of the Newark-Wayne Community Hospital, Newark after suffering a heart attack at his residence.

Gary was born in Carthage on April 21, 1969, the son of the late Gary W. and Tamara Canell LaLone Sr. He attended Carthage schools and Cato-Meridian High School. He married the former Bambi Beyer, mother of Joshua, and they later divorced. Gary was a journeyman electrician, working on various construction projects throughout Northern New York. He was currently employed as an installer with Ted C. Gauger Dry Wall, Sterling, NY, having just recently moved to Wolcott.

He is survived by his two sons: Joshua LaLone of Felts Mills and Lukas LaLone of Wolcott, his companion, Krista DeShane of Wolcott, a grandson, Brody LaLone of Felts Mills, his mother Tamara LaLone of Carthage, a sister: Amber L. LaLone and her companion Tim Smith of Carthage, two brothers and their wives: Dustin D. (Pamela) Lackey of Monkton, VT and Erikson T. (Melanie) LaLone of Syracuse, and a nephew.

Family and friends may call at the Bezanilla-McGraw Funeral Home on Thursday, December 27th from 5-7pm. The body will be cremated. Burial will be at the family’s convenience.
