A Watertown man was found possessing three prescription pills for pain, Diazepam, late Saturday afternoon at Samaritan Medical Center, and was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, according to Watertown police.

James E. Major, 45, of 1138 Boyd St., is due to appear in City Court.
