HARRISVILLE — A village woman was charged Sunday by the Lewis County Sheriff’s Department with harassment for allegedly grabbing a 17-year-old boy by the hair on his head.

Teresa L. Taylor, 40, no address provided, is accused in an incident Saturday at a residence in the town of Diana. The youth is her boyfriend’s son, deputies said.
