MADRID — Shawn L. McGregor, 36, of 335 Regan Road, Norwood, was charged by state police at 9:15 a.m. Friday with passing a check with insufficient funds.

Mr. McGregor is accused of trying to pass a bad $121.54 check at Main Street Market.

He is scheduled to appear in Madrid Town Court.
