OGDENSBURG — Tina M. Compo, 43, of 721 New York Ave., was by state police charged with obstructing governmental administration at 5:22 p.m. Friday.

Ms. Compo allegedly interfered with a state investigation regarding reckless-driving charges against Jeffery P. Gagnon by providing false information to investigators.

She is scheduled to appear in Ogdensburg City Court.
