The storm that hit the region late Wednesday night has disrupted home delivery of the Watertown Daily Times, the Massena-Potsdam Daily Courier-Observer and the Ogdensburg Journal. Attempts are being made to have papers delivered today now that the storm has subsided and roads are being cleared. Papers that are not delivered to subscribers today will be included with the Friday editions tomorrow morning.
