REDWOOD — Selina E. Sochia, 19, of 27882 County Route 111, Redwood, was charged by state police Thursday afternoon with third-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment following a domestic dispute earlier in the day.

She is accused of punching an unidentified woman in the face, would not let her to call 911 and broke a window to get inside the residence, troopers said. She was arraigned in Alexandria Town Court and sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building in lieu of $2,500 bail.
