Traci C. Montondo, 25, of 15393 Route 3, Watertown, was charged by Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies Friday morning with second-degree harassment and resisting arrest after a domestic incident in her home. The sheriff’s department said she pushed, kicked and yelled profanities at Deputy Shawn M. Ryan while she was being arrested. She was arraigned in Brownville Town Court and then sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $200 bail.
